#..wada pav

Ingredients

..Boiled potatoes
..green chilly paste
..Chopped onions
..tez patta
..red chilly
..turmeric
..ginger/garlic paste
..Besan/Graham flour
..Salt
..Hing
..Cumin seed
..Mustard seed
..Pav
..Tamarind sause
..Green chilly sause
..Garlic peanut chutney
..Green Chilly
..Sugar
Stuffing

Procedure

1..Mash potatoes
2..Add oil into pan.Add mustard,cumin,chilly paste,chilly pieces,tez patta
Turmeric,ginger paste,garlic paste.
3..Add tadka into mashed potatoes.
4..Add salt,hing,sugar
5..Mix well make patty of the stuffing.

Cover

1..Take besan
2..Add red chilly powder,salt,dhaana powder,sugar little
3..pour water , make a thin paste.

Procedure to make wadas.

Deep the patty into besan batter and deep fry them.

Procedure for Salt chillies

1.. Cut the chillies vertically.. put some salt into it.
2.. Deep fry them.

To serve

1..Take paav/burger bread. Cut it into two halves.
2..Apply layers of chilly sauce and tamarind sause from inside.
3..Apply a layer of chilly,peanut chutney.
4..Put hot wada into it.

Serve hot with the fried chillies ,onions,cilantro and Tamarind chutney
