#..Vegetable Kabab

Ingredients

Potatoes mashed
carrot
green peas
Onion
Besan
lemin juice
Garam masala
dhaana jeera powder
salt
oil
cilantro
maida/cornflour
Garlic
Green chilly paste
Ginger

Procedure
..Steam all vegetables
..Mash them
..Roast onion in a pan
..Add chilly,ginger,garlic,chilly pastes
..add all masala
..add besan,make dry sabji by cooking the mixture for some time
..add cilantro
..Cool it
..Make pattis or balls
..Add water in maida/cornflour,make a batter
..deep the balls of sabji into the batter and deep fry thyem on a medium flame.
