Dabeli

Dabeli Is the Rajesthani Dish.. Yes its origin is Ragesthaan...astonished???...yes i was also when i came to know..Coz its made up of Bread with a stuffing of Potato with sweet and spicy masalas ,groundnut and the very important pomogranate into it :)
Its one of my favorite dish.

You can get dabeli masalas in the market.But if you want you can make them at home.Fresh masalas..it takes little time

Time to make masala 10 min
Time to make Dabeli 5 min
Total time 15 min.

Dabeli masala

Ingredients

...Thick sauce of tamarind.
.. Dhaana powder.
.. Jeera powder
.. Red chilly powder.
.. Kaala masala

Add everything and your masala is ready..

for spicy peanuts..add some oil into the peanuts..put in a microwave or roast them for a while.Add red pepper,salt and chaat masala.Spicy peanuts are ready.

Potato Sabji Stuffing

..boiled potatoes..mash them little bit.
..Pomgranate .
..Turmeric
..Salt
..Dabeli masala


Procedure

1..Add all the spices,masala,salt potatoes together mix well.

..Stuffing
..Spicy peanuts
..Tamarind chutney
..pomegranate
..burger bread
..Chopped onion
..Chopped cilantro
..Butter

Procedure
..Take a bread,Cut into two halves,apply the sauces inside it.
..Put the stuffing on the bread.
..Add onion,peanut,cilantro,pomegranate.
..put the other half of bread on top.
..Roast/shallow fry with lots of butter.
..Serve hot with onions and tamarind chutney.
