*..Papad Bhurji(Photograph)

Ingredients

..4 roasted papad
..chopped cilantro,onion,tomato
..Kaala/garam masala
..Sesame powder
..Chaat masala
..salt
..red chilly powder
..green chilly pieces(optional)
..Lemon juice(optional)

Procedure

1..Crush the roasted papad into fine powder.Using a steel boul bottom.
2..Add all spices,sesame powder.
3..Add Onion,tomato,lemon juice,Cilantro serve immediately before papad gets wet.
4..Goes well with khichadi kadhi,chapati or can eat like a chaat.

Note:Use punjabi masala papad if you want more spicy.
