(Italian)..Sphagettie

Style: Italian

Ingredients

salt
tomato pure
salt
pepper
garlic
bread
parmesan cheese
oil
basil/cilantro leaves
sphagettie

Procedure

... Sphagettie

boil water,add salt
add 2 spoons of oil
drop sphagettie into it
stir
let it boil for 10 min till it becomes soft.
use strainer and drain extra water once cooked
take a pan
add the cooked sphagettie into it
add 2 cubes of butter,let it melt
add parmessan cheese generously
toss them up very well

.. Sauce

take oil into pan
add garlic paste into it
let the flavor of garlic be absorbed by oil,take out the garlic later
into the garlic flavored oil add tomato sauce(puree)
add salt and pepper
stir well,bring it to boil
add fresh basil leaves into it

when you serve

add half the sauce into sphagettie,toss well
serve it into a plate
topped with some more sauce.
serve hot

serve with a garlic flavored cheese toasted bread ans steamed vegetables

Procedure of steamed vegetables

..chopp onion,green pepper
..take garlic flavoured oil into a pan
..add chopped vegetables
..add salt & pepper
..cook for some time
..take sphagettie sauce, add some water into it,add this diluted sauce into
the vegetables. Toss them .serve hot with sphagettie.


Method 2

..take boiled sphagettie in a pan,add butter
..heat it
..add soya sauce 2 spoons
..chopped onion green leaves(kanda ne paat)
..honey jalapeno sauce
..ginger pickle
toss well n serve hot
