#..Harabhara Kabab

Ingredients

1 kg potato
1/2 kg green peas,fresh
1/4 kg farasbi
palak,lemon,salt,sugar,
Cilantro,mint,slice bread,
Corn flour
Maida

Masala :

2 tsp Dhaana
1 tsp cumin
8 pepper
3 cinnamon
6 green chilly
7 Garlic
Ginger
Grind it together..to from fine powdered paste

Procedure

1..Mash potatoes
2..Add grated vegetables
3..Add masala
4..Add bread crumbs,cornflour,maida
5..Make balls and deepfry them.

Serve hot
