Delhi chaat is nothing but small bowls of puris filled with chaat masalas and other chaat stuff.You have to put whole bowl into you mouth like a pani-puri when you eat it.
Its my favourite.Though its time consuming to prepare.Worth to taste.
It tastes awsome when the bowl of puris melt into your mouth with a punch of chaat masalas. hmmmmm Yummmyyyyyy!!!!
Time 30 min to prepare bowls
10 min to prepare inside stuffing
It takes no time to finish eating once ready :)))))...
For puri bowl
Ingredients
..Wheat flour
..Salt
..water
..oil
..biscuit/cookie mould.
Procedure
1..Make a dough same like puri .Add oil along with water into the flour.
make very thin puri. Put it in a biscuit mouls such that it takes its shape.
A bowl like shape.Cut the extra corners of the puri.
Allow to dry.Take out the mould shaped puri out of the container
Deep fry it.So that it becomes Crispy.
2..Eatable bowl is ready.

..tamarind chutney
..chopped onion,tomato,cilantri
..boiled potato pieces.
..green boiled pease/Ragda of ragdapattis.
..chaat masala
..red chilly powder
..green chilly sauce
..salt
Procedure
1..Take the eatable bowl.
2..Make layers of

..Potatoes & peas
..All masalas

..dahee
3..Serve immediately so that chaat will be crispy b4 you pop it into your mouth.
