Kanda Poha (Onion Poha)(Photographs)



Ingredients

.. Spring Onion Finely Chopped.
.. 1 Bowl Poha
.. Green Peas.
.. Peanuts
.. Potatoe Pieces(Optional)
.. Turmeric
.. Hing (Optional)
.. Lemon Juice
.. Salt
.. Sugar
.. Oil
.. Mustard
.. Chopped Cilantro
.. Green Chilly
.. Red Chilly(optional)


Procedure

1..Soak poha into water.Immediately drain water and spread poha on to a seave.
2..Take oil in a pan. Add mustard.Allow them to splutter.Add green/red chilly.
3..Add onions,potatoes,green peas,peanuts.Stir till onion becomes golden brown.
4..Add turmeric.
5..Add poha, mix well.
6..Add hing,sugar salt.
7..Garnish with cilantro.Add 2-3 drops of lemon juice.Serve hot with coconut chutney.

Note :- It can be garnished with dry or fresh grated coconut also.
