Poha no Chivdo(Photographs)
Ingredients
.. 4 bowls poha (thin)
.. 2 tspn chopped garlic
.. 2 tspn Dhaana
.. 1 tspn salt
.. 2 tspn sugar
.. Hing
.. Turmeric
.. Curry leaves
.. Daaliya(optional)
.. Coconut chips(optional)
.. Peanuts
.. green chilly pieces
.. Red chilly
.. Chaat masala
.. Cumin
.. Feneel(sauf)
.. Mustard
.. Oil
Roast poha ,so that they become crispy.
Procedure
1..Take oul in a vessel.Add mustard,allow them to splutter.
2..Add green chilly,red chilly,garlic pieces,dhaana,cumin,feneel,daaliya ,peanuts
allow garlic to be brown in color.Add curry leaves n coconut chips.
3..Add turmeric.
4..take out the vessel from the hot plate.
5..Add roasted pohas into the tadka.Mix well
6..Allow them to cool.
7..Add salt,sugar,chaat masala later into it as per the taste.
Note : Can add crispy mamra/murmura/puffed rice into the chivda as well.
