Type 1

..Bread slices
..Sandwich spread/green chilly chutney
..Butter
..Thin slices of tomato,cucumber,onion../can use chopped vegetables also
..Chopped cilantro
..red chilly powder
..Chaat masala
..Cumin powder

Procedure

..Take one bread slice
..Apply butter from inside
..Apply sandwich spread
..Put all slices of vegetable
..Sprinkle masalas n salt
..Put another slice on top of it
..Shallow fry with butter/Use toaster to roast

Type 2

..Put boiled egg along with vegetables as a stuffing
..Add chopped lettuce

Type 3
..Add potatoes
..lemon or tamarind chutney
..pieces of green chilly

Type 4
..Stuff with paneer bhurji

Type 5
Apply jam/jellies along with chutneys

Type 6
put omlet as stuffing

Type 7
Add sprouts with masala n onion

Type 8

Type 9
Coconut/dahee sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Bread slices 10
Ginger small piece 1
Curd 250 gm
Mustard seeds (small) 2 tsp.
Coconut (fresh)
Oil 6 tbsp.
Green chilly 2
Kari patta 20-25

METHOD

Tie the curd in a muslin cloth for 4-5 hours to make it thick. Grate the coconut. Finely chop the green chillies and ginger. Add coconut, salt, green chilly and ginger to the curd. Mix well. Now take 2 slices of bread. On one slice spread the mixture of coconut and cover it with the second. Take a tava and heat 1 tbsp. of oil. Add a few mustard seeds and 2-3 kari patta. Now put the bread on the tava. Brush lightly with oil. Turn it. Put oil on the second side. Turn it twice or thrice till crisp. Remove from flame. Cut it into triangular shape. Serve hot with coriander chatni and sauce.

Serves: 4-5 adults.

Type 10 Aloo Paneer Sandwich
Ingredients :

4 bread slices
1potato, boiled
7-8 paneer pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 green cillies
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp chat masala
Salt to taste

Method :

Smash the potatoes, cut the paneer to smaller piece and mix the above ingredients well (except bread).
Place the mixture between two slices of bread, add some butter and toast it in a toaster.
Tasty sandwich is ready.

Type 11 Carrot Sandwich

Ingredients :
¼ kg carrots
2 onions
2 tsp ginger, Green Chilli paste
2 tomatoes
Salt-as required.
Oil for frying.
10 bread slices
2 tbsp chopped mint, coriander,
curry leaves

Method :

Steam cook carrots and grate them.
Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
Heat little oil, and little mustard and then ginger garlic paste.
After a minute add onions and fry till it becomes crispy.
Stir in tomatoes and continue frying till moisture is absorbed.
Add grated carrots, salt, chopped leaves and fry well.
Keep little masala in between two buttered slices of bread.
Toast it using sandwich maker.
Ready to serve.

Type 12 Chocolate Sandwich

Ingredients :

Chocolate Frosting
4 Bread
Peanut Butter
Some gems

Method :

First take some chocolate frosting and some bread.
Scoop out some chocolate frosting and spread it on the bread.
Add some peanut butter or gems to your sandwich.
