FC*..Sabudana Cutlet(Photographs)

They are also known a Sabudanya che thallipeeth.One of my favourite dish which Gouri used to bring for me in the tiffin whenever i fast for Chaturthi.



Ingredients

..Leftover sabudana khichadi
..Chopped Onion
..Chopped cilantro
..peanut powder(Optional)
..Wheat flour
..Oil
..Salt
..Red chilly powder
..Cumin powder
..Water
..Sugar




Procedure

1..Take sabudana khichadi/soaked sabudana.
2..Add all spices
3..Add onions,cilantro,salt,sugar
4..Mix well,Add water n some flour.
5..Mash Homogeneously
6..Make cutlets n roast from both side (without oil).
7..Steam them by closing pan lid.

Note: If you want to make them for fast skip onions and wheat flour,Add more peanut powder.

Serve hot with dahee.
