Ingredients

Corn floor
salt
maida
minced onion,tomato
boiled beans(pinto beans or black beans)
salsa
lettuce
cheddar cheese
sour cream

Procedure

make a doung of maida and corn , add little salt and oil,
make small roti, roast it

take that roti(tortilla)

fold it, fill it with layers of boiled beans
onion,tomato
sour cream
cheese
lettuce
salsa
salt
tomato ketchup(optional)
bake for 5 min
serve hot

Guawakamoli

Style Mexican


Ingredients

riped avacado
guawakamoli mix (masala)
minsed lettuce

just cut the vacado,mash it add lettuce and masala, serve chilled

can wat with chips as a dip or like a chutney along with chapati

Kadai Paneer

Ingredients

medium size chopped onion,capsicum
Kasuri methi
red pepper flakes
salt
minced tomato
sugar(optional)
roasted/fried paneer


Procedure

make nice sauce of minced tomato, add chilly flakes and salt into it.
in another pan give tadka to onion and capsicum,
cook for a while not much..when they are partialley cooked
add tomato sauce, paneer pieces , salt and kasuri methi
mix well...
serve hot

coconut,baby onion,potato sabji

Ingredients

fresh grated coconut
peanut powder
kaala masala
jaggery(optional)
baby onion
baby potato
salt
turmeric
rai
oil

procedure

make a filling of coconut,peanut powder,salt,kaala masala and chilly powder
fill it insode potato n onion,
give tadka in a cooker
add onion potato n water
cook (3 whistles)..server hot

Daal Palak

Ingredients

Palak Leaves
ginger garlic paste
green chilly chopped
tuvar daal(boiled)
chopped onion
hing
turmeric
cumin
Rai
oil
salt

Procedure

Give tadka to onion add ginger garlic paste, add spinach make a nice sabji, cook for some time add daal, adjuct the thickness by adding some water,
add salt,turmeric, jaggery(optional)..
server hot..

Veg Puff

Ingredients

1..Puff sheet
2..boiled potato sabji or mix-vegetable sabji

Procedure

Take a puff sheet, stuff it with filling, can give different shapes like square,triangle,
Bake veg puff are ready..

Methi Matki

Ingredients

1..Sprouted math(boiled matkee)
2..Methi leaves fresh(chopped)
3..Cumin
4..Rai
5..Salt
6..Oil
7..Turmeric
8..Red chilly
9..Onion(optional)
10..Adrak/lasan(ginger garlic) paste

Procedure

Give tadka in oil,add onions,chilly etc, roast till brown, add methi leaves..
mix well, cook for a while then add matkee and some water..
add sugar..cook for a while..serve with chapatis
