P#..Dum Aloo(Photographs)

Ingredients

..5 Potatoes.
..2 Tomatoe's pury
..1 tbl spn chopped onions
..2 tea spn chopped green chilly.
..2 tbl spn Pasta sauce/Raghu(onion,Garlic,Tomato sauce)
..Salt
..Tez patta
..Cumin
..Mustard
..Oil
..Sugar
..Cilantro
..Red Chilly powder
..Clove,cardimom(Elaichi),cinnamon powder,pepper

Procedure to make aloo/Potatoes

1..Peel the potatoes.Cut them into halves.You can take small size potatoes.
Pierce them.Boil them till soft in a salt water.
2..Deep fry them in a oil till they become golden brown.



For gravy

1..Take oil into the pan,Add mustard,Cumin,chillies n tez patta,other all spices.
2..Add onion,stir till they become golden brown.
3..Add tomato pury n sauce,stir
4..Add Chilly powder,salt,sugar
5..Cook till gravy becomes thick


Add the potatoes into the gravy
Garnish with Cilantro
Serve Hot with parathas or puris
