Ingredients
..2 bowl buttermilk
.. Salt
.. Sugar
.. Curry Leaves
.. Mustard
.. Mint leaves
.. Citric acid
.. Oil
.. Cumin seeds
.. Water
.. Hing(optional)
.. green chilly pieces.
.. red chilly pieces.
.. Cilantro
Procedure
1..Take a pan. Add oil,heat it up,add mustard n cumin,chilly pieces,curry leaves.
2..Add hing,immediately pour the tadka into buttermilk.
3..Add sugar,citric acid,water n salt as per your need
4..Garnish with cilantro and dry crushed mint leaves.
serve chilled with khichadi.Goes well with any fast dish.
