#..Dahi Wada(Photographs)


Time 1 hr
Serves 6

Ingredients

..1 bowl urad daal
..1 tsp Green Chilly paste
..1 tsp salt
..1 tsp dahee

Procedure

1..Soak urad daal into water for 2-3 hrs.Grind n make a thick paste.
2..Add green chilly paste,salt,dahee.Set aside for 1 hr.
3..Make wadas and deep fry.
4..Soak into luck warm water,take out all the extra oil by pressing them .

Dahee

Ingredients

1/2 kg dahee
3 tspn sugar
1/2 tspn salt
1 tsp ginger juice

Procedure

1..Make a fine batter of dahee.Addsalt,sugar,ginger juice.Stir well
2..Refrigerate.

While serving

1..Put wada into a bowl or small plate.
2..Pour fine chilled dahi into it
3..Garnish with pepper,salt,red chilly powder and tamarind sauce.
4..Add chopped cilantro.
