Methi na Thepla

Ingredients

..Fresh methi leaves
..1 bowl Wheat flour
..1 tbl spn Besan flour
..2 tbl spn Bajra Flour
.. Sugar/jaggery
.. Salt
.. Cumin seed
.. Oil.
.. Hing
.. Turmeric
.. Green Chilly powder.

Procedure

1.. Add all spices in a flour.Mix all flours together.
2.. Steam methi leaves add into the flour
3.. Pour 1 tbl spn oil
4.. Make a dough
5.. Keep it aside for some time

make parathas.
Serve them hot with tomato chutney or lemon pickle.
