R..Kani ne Khichadi

Its same like Sabudana Khichadi. Only difference is.. instead of sabudana we use

rice (kaani).

Ingredients

.. 1 Bowl Rice (kaani :- crushed rice)
Cen use rice leftover,when you clean rice with seave.
.. 1 1/2 Bowl water
.. 1/2 bowl peanut powder.
.. Salt
.. Red Chilly
.. Sugar
.. Oil/Ghee
.. Cumin
.. Green chilly minced.
.. Cilantro
.. Lemon
Procedure

1.. Boil rice in a pressure cooker/Rice steamer.
2.. Take out when cooked n spread it in a tray.Allow it to cool.
3.. Take ghee in a pan.
4.. Add cumin,red chilly,green chilly.
5.. Add rice.
6.. Mix well.
7.. Add salt sugar and peanut powder.
8.. Mix well.
9.. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Serve hot with lemon and yogurt.
