Kadai Paneer

Ingredients

medium size chopped onion,capsicum
Kasuri methi
red pepper flakes
salt
minced tomato
sugar(optional)
roasted/fried paneer


Procedure

make nice sauce of minced tomato, add chilly flakes and salt into it.
in another pan give tadka to onion and capsicum,
cook for a while not much..when they are partialley cooked
add tomato sauce, paneer pieces , salt and kasuri methi
mix well...
serve hot
