F..Ped

Style : Patni Style

Ingredients

Dig(Eatable gum)
Ghee
Milk
Jaggery
Dryfruit powder

Procedure

Take some ghee in a pan. Fry the gum into it. Add milk.

Simmer it till gum dissolves.

Add dry fruit powder and stir till it become thick.

Add jaggery/sugar. Serve like a soup or make ladoos n refrigerate.

Very nutritious.

D..Fresh Berries Kabab

Its used for decoration. Kids love to eat these.

very simple

take a toothpick,pierce it into a black berry,put a red berry after it, again a black berry. So total 3 berries on a stick.Your fruit kabab is ready.
Can try different berries and color combinations. It looks great. Its fun to eat them too :)

deep it in a egg white.sprinkle granulated sugar on to it. It will give a winter effect
to a fruit.You can use different size n shape fruits and decorate your fruit plate on a dining table.

(Italian)..Sphagettie

Style: Italian

Ingredients

salt
tomato pure
salt
pepper
garlic
bread
parmesan cheese
oil
basil/cilantro leaves
sphagettie

Procedure

... Sphagettie

boil water,add salt
add 2 spoons of oil
drop sphagettie into it
stir
let it boil for 10 min till it becomes soft.
use strainer and drain extra water once cooked
take a pan
add the cooked sphagettie into it
add 2 cubes of butter,let it melt
add parmessan cheese generously
toss them up very well

.. Sauce

take oil into pan
add garlic paste into it
let the flavor of garlic be absorbed by oil,take out the garlic later
into the garlic flavored oil add tomato sauce(puree)
add salt and pepper
stir well,bring it to boil
add fresh basil leaves into it

when you serve

add half the sauce into sphagettie,toss well
serve it into a plate
topped with some more sauce.
serve hot

serve with a garlic flavored cheese toasted bread ans steamed vegetables

Procedure of steamed vegetables

..chopp onion,green pepper
..take garlic flavoured oil into a pan
..add chopped vegetables
..add salt & pepper
..cook for some time
..take sphagettie sauce, add some water into it,add this diluted sauce into
the vegetables. Toss them .serve hot with sphagettie.


Method 2

..take boiled sphagettie in a pan,add butter
..heat it
..add soya sauce 2 spoons
..chopped onion green leaves(kanda ne paat)
..honey jalapeno sauce
..ginger pickle
toss well n serve hot

D..Cookie Blast

Ingredients

4 cookies
1/2 liter milk
any eatable color.
whipped cream
sugar
fresh cherry
ice
water
vanilla ice cream.

Procedure

..Add little water and grind cookies
..take a glass pour chilled milk
..add cookie paste into the milk
..add sugar some vanilla essense(optional) and color(optional)
..stir well,add vanilla ice cream small scoop,add ice.
..top with whipped cream and fresh cherries.
..serve chilled .

(Italian)...Pasta

Ingredients

pasta
alfredo sauce
cheese
salt
pepper
lemon
vegetable broth
tomato pieces
walnut pieces
water
butter
brocoli leaves

Procedure

1..Boil pasta in a salt water for 12 min till they gets cooked .
2..Take a pan,Heat butter into it
3..Add vegetable broth,add salt.
4..Take brocoli leaves,boil them in salt water,soak in ice water.
5..Add these leaves into the broth.
6..Add cooked pasta
7..Mix well
8..Add salt,pepper,lemon juice.Some peels of lemon skin for zinc
9..Add lots of alfredo sauce , add creamy cheese.
10..mix well
11..Garnish with walnuts and tomatoes.
